This Privacy and Communications Policy (“Policy”) is effective as of July 12, 2024.
This Policy sets forth how TouchTunes Music Company, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“We” or “Us”), in operation of www.BullShooterLive.com (“Website”) collects and uses the information you, as a player-user, provides to us and certain other information that we automatically collect through your access and use of our dart-play event data tracking management services platform (“Services”), or through any communications with us generally.
HOW TO CONTACT US / EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
If you have any general questions or concerns about this Policy, or you would like to exercise any of the rights that you may have under applicable law (such as deletion of your personal data), you may email us at support@bullshooter.com. Following receipt of your request, we will respond to your concerns or requests in compliance with applicable law (for example, by deleting your personal data).
MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
If we decide at any time to change this Policy, we will revise the effective revision date posted at the top of this Policy and we will also notify you by posting a notice of the change prominently on our home page and/or upon the next time you access this Website. Failure to opt-out after receiving notice and following the opt-out instructions contained in the notice shall be deemed to be your assent to any such changes.
Personal Information from Children Under 13
Children under the age of 13 are expressly prohibited from submitting or posting any data on this Website. If it does come to our attention that any child under the age of 13 has submitted any personal information to this Website, we will delete all such information that we have collected immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you discover that your child under the age of 13 has submitted any of his or her Identity Information without your permission or consent, we will remove the information immediately upon your request. All requests should be made by email and sent to support@bullshooter.com. Please include your child’s name and a description of the type of information you think he or she may have submitted to this Website.
HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
Player Registration
We collect the first and last name, country, and email address of our player-users along with any avatar and/or screen name alias provided by player-users, and a unique Player Code is created to identify each player-user when he or she registers and creates a player-user account (collectively “PII”). Player-users will be asked to create and provide a username and password each time he or she logs-in to access the Services and we store this information in our database.
We also collect player-users’ gender and age as the only items of demographic information (“DI”) during the registration process in order to provide you with the services that we provide (e.g., tournament entries).
Website Forms
When you provide any PII or other personally identifiable data through any form contained on this Website to contact us, we collect and store this information. We may use your email or any other PII you provide as expressly set forth in this Policy.
Services & Dart-player Data
“Player Data” as defined in our Terms of Service including player profile names, avatars, and/or screen names, player stats and other historical gameplay results and rankings from league, tournament and single-match play, including any applicable player-user National Dart Association ID (NDA ID), is automatically collected and compiled by Arachnid through our dartboards and may be imported or provided by operator-uses using our LeagueLeader (leagueleader.net) platform in connection with league and tournament dart-play management of any game(s) any player-user participates. We collect and use both aggregated anonymous and non-aggregated Player Data derived automatically from our dartboard products or through LeagueLeader.
HOW WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT NON-PII
When you access our Website, we may collect and store certain non-PII sent automatically by your browser using standard web server logs and automatic data collection tools such as cookies and web beacons. This information may include your IP address, which may tell us your general location information such as your country and sometimes your city, state and/or zip code, the domain name from which you access our Website, your browser type and language, the pages you access, the date and time you access pages on our Website and your operating system version. We also may determine what technology is available through your browser in order to provide you with the most appropriate version of any of our web pages.

California law also allows California residents to opt-out of having this information disclosed. We do not share your PII, DI, Player Data or any other information we gather in the course of operating the Services with any third-party for their direct marketing or lead-generation purposes. HOW WE USE/SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
Promotional & Informational Use of PII
We use the e-mail address provided by our registered player-users to send periodic promotional e-mails about any of our related products or our services or about any new or upcoming products or services. You can opt-out of receiving any promotional emails at any time by either clicking “unsubscribe” in the body of the email communication and following the opt-out procedure contained in the email or by sending an email to support@bullshooter.com and requesting to opt-out of receiving such communications.
Player Data
Player Data is primarily used only in connection with the Services for use by you and is also made available to operator-users using our LeagueLeader platform including in connection with your PII and DI so that such Player Data can uniquely identify you. Arachnid may display your name, email, user-name, avatar and/or alias screen name in connection with your Player Data for use on public leader board lists or for other public purposes related to dart-play, and may link such data with your game results and other related Player Data. We may also use this information internally to assist us to analyze the profiles and use of the types of dart-players using our dartboards. We may share or allow access to Player Data with any third-party service provider partners that we collaborate with, from time to time, including in association with any player-user PII and/or DI in order to facilitate similar jointly provided services. Other than in collaboration with these third-party service provider partners, no data we aggregate and share/display publicly would be able to identify any player-users or otherwise include any PII.
All Player Data you disclose to operator-users of dart-play related activities, events, services, etc., will be subject to their privacy policies and practices. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of such parties and, therefore, you should review such privacy policies and practices prior to interacting with them, and contact them directly for clarification as needed.
Do We Sell Your PII, DI or Any Player Data?
We do not share any PII, either by itself or linked with any DI and/or Player Data, with any advertising agencies, direct marketers, lead generation companies or ad networks. We make every effort to respect the privacy of our player-users and we will never sell, license or disclose any PII, DI or any Player Data, by itself or bundled with any other collected data including Website use Information that we collect to any third parties for any such purpose not expressly set forth in this Policy without your express written consent.
Required Disclosures
We may disclose certain PII if i) requested via a subpoena, court order, or local, state, federal or international law enforcement request to release any such information; or ii) in order to investigate and help prevent security threats, fraud or other malicious activity; or iii) to protect our rights or protect our property, or any of the rights of our customers or other third parties.

Player-users can change basic account profile information comprising any PII or DI at any time and can view all PII, DI and/or Player Data at any time.
Successors
Upon any acquisition, merger, sale or other change of control of our business/organization, we reserve the right to transfer any PII you have submitted to this Website as part of the property owned by us to our successor resulting from such merger, acquisition, sale, etc. In the event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, We reserve the right to transfer your PII to protect any of our rights or as required by law.
